The Barn Loft Apartment is a spacious, 3-bedroom apartment just minutes from the heart of charming Damariscotta. It is a flexible space for work and play, with room to relax, and room to work independently or in a group.
The apartment has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath with a shower and washer/dryer, a television with DVD player, and a large common room with areas for playing games, dining, and reading. The common room lends itself to gatherings of family and colleagues, with comfortable seating for group discussions, and several tables for working or spreading out the newspaper or maps of hiking trails.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi access. Every bedroom has a locking door, providing privacy and security for workshop participants. One bedroom has a full-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds.
There is a large flower and vegetable garden for strolling and quiet contemplation, and a large open patio with a picnic table and ample seating for relaxing outdoors.
Pricing is seasonal:

15% discount for stays of one full week (7 nights), 25% discount for stays of 4 weeks
